At SuperZu, you will be served great coffee!
SuperZu Owner / Manager David is a self-confessed “coffee snob”. He learnt about coffee and the roasting process while working in the renowned “Aromas” boutique coffee houses in Brisbane. Arriving in Melbourne in 1995, he was employed as the chief Barista at the iconic “Bigmouth Café & Restaurant” in St Kilda.
SuperZu uses quality “Genovese” brand coffee beans, freshly ground at the centre. Our coffee is crafted by professionally trained staff using a beautiful Wega Atlas three group espresso machine.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our product. If you are dissatisfied with the coffee you are served, we encourage you to bring it to our attention.
Note also that we do not charge extra for milk alternatives such as Soy, Rice or Almond milk, and we won’t charge you extra for Decaf coffee. We know…crazy huh?
